Pradaxa was created to substitute an older blood thinner used to prevent blood clots.  Allegedly Pradaza has deadly side effects; once bleeding starts there is no way to stop it.

Pradaxa was designed to help prevent heart attacks and blood clots by thinning the blood.  Some blood thinners like Coumadin, which have been used for decades allow doctors various options to reverse its effects as a blood thinner.  But a Pradaza patient suffering from serious bleeding requires immediate dialysis to expel any Pradaxa remaining in the blood.

Allegely Pradaxa manufacturer Boehringer Ingelheim recorded 260 Pradaxa deaths worldwide between March 2009 and October 2011, which falls within the parameters used by the FDA and other regulators to approve drugs.  The FDA is currently conducting another review of Pradaxa.

If you believe you have been affected by Pradaxa, Finkelstein Thompson welcomes your inquiries.  Finkelstein Thompson’s Washington, D.C. office can be reached at (877) 337-1050 or atcontact@finkelsteinthompson.com.
